Hi, I'm Katherine Roccasecca. I help adults ages 30 to 130 get strong and stay strong.

Maybe you have had (or are scheduled for) joint replacement surgery, and after graduating physical therapy want to be sure to maintain range of motion and return to strength,
Maybe you want to improve the healthspan within your lifespan and want to prevent sarcopenia.
If you have a desire to build strength, I am here to help you.
My careers have always been about helping people — tech support, user manual writing, seminar leading, in-office software training, and more. Then, when I was in my forties, my mother had knee-replacement surgery and I was the family member she chose to help her through recovery. I was inspired by this experience.
After helping her, I studied and became a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and I launched Roccasecca Fitness.
