Learn some new exercises to add to that list. Then, put the dumbbells down and do whatever you came into the kitchen to do.</p><p class="" style="color:inherit;font-size:1em;line-height:1.618em;margin:0 0 1.25em 0;font-weight:normal;font-family:'DejaVu Sans Condensed', 'Liberation Sans', 'Nimbus Sans L', 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">Alternately, you can put your walking shoes by the door. Practice it all month. Sure, every day is great, but most days is better than no days.
